The four-step clean
Every carpet clean runs the same four steps, in the same order. A reviewer described it exactly: "a very thorough process which is more involved than other steam cleaners I have used."
Step by step
The whole area gets a proper industrial vacuum first. Dry soil out before any water touches the fibre, because wet dirt is harder dirt.
Plastic protective coverings go on the base of every piece of furniture left in situ, so nothing you own wicks up moisture during the clean.
A rotary machine works the pile and loosens what a vacuum and a wand alone cannot. This is the step most cleaners skip.
Hot water pushed in, dirt pulled out. Carpets dry faster and stay clean longer because of the three steps before it.
